  • All training materials must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Refund requests can only be processed for training sessions that have not yet started.

Refund Process

Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Training sessions that have already commenced.
  • Downloadable products.
  • Customized training packages specially tailored for your organization.
